Is this your first time and you're not sure where to begin?  Try a simple Swedish massage.  Recommendations will be made after your first session to determine if another service or enhancement will better suit you.  Please be sure to complete the Massage Intake Form to better understand your needs.

Please allow at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for set up.  All that will be asked of you is a space large enough to accommodate the massage equipment and quiet enough without disruptions to enhance your experience for your own peace and relaxation.  After your session, it may take up to 20 minutes to pack up and check out.
